CS Jitendra Kumar is Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is serving the Indian and Foreign Corporates, Business Houses, Celebrities, Renowned Professionals, Law Firms, Business entities, Government and Non-Government Organizations, Financial Institutions, Banks, etc. and others since July’ 2010.
CS Jitendra Kumar is also qualified to be “Independent Director” by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). He is also certified Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional.
He is founder of Jitendra Kumar & Associates (Company Secretaries) a leading firm of Company Secretaries. He is also the founder member of RJBS Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Bulls Capitals Pvt. Ltd., Tour Studio Pvt. Ltd. and designated partner in Shivik Corporate Advisors LLP.
CS Jyoti Gera
CS Jyoti Gera has 15 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Secretarial Compliances, Corporate Governance Management, Contract Management and Intellectual Property Rights.
Her exposure includes an overseas onsite assignment with The Financial Times Ltd. UK, London for the induction of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliances and an overseas onsite Project of Legal Drafting and Analysis of Royalty Contracts with Pearson Education Inc. USA for a period of 2 months.
During the initial years of her carrier, she worked nearly 10 years in Multinational Companies. She is well efficient to serve various companies whether listed, unlisted, Private Limited Companies and always prepared to take up any challenges that may come across from different industries and strive to give my best to client companies.
